Unblock VPN OpenVPN Installer for Windows Guide
- Download and run the Unblock VPN OpenVPN Installer for Windows Guide.
- Select the language.
- Click "Next".
- Read our Terms of Service and then check "I accept the agreement". Click "Next".
- Remember the "Destination location". Click "Install".
- Click "I agree".
- Click "Next".
- The "Destination folder" has to be the same as the "Destination location" in STEP 5. Click "Install".
- Click "Next".
- Click "Finish".
- Start OpenVPN GUI. For example from START->Programs->OpenVPN->OpenVPN GUI.
- Right-Click on the OpenVPN GUI icon in your system tray, choose the suitable server location and then choose "Connect".
- Enter your UnblockVPN Account details - your email as User name and Password and press the "OK" button.
- If the OpenVPN GUI icon in your system tray is green, you are successfully connected.
- Now please try to open some website. If you are not able to browse Internet (open any website), please read also the next steps.
- Now you have to configure DNS servers for the TAP-WIN32 interface in your Network Connections.
- Open "Control Panel->Network and Internet->Network and Sharing Center"
- Click "Local Area Connection".
- Click "Properties".
- Choose "Networking", select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click "Properties".
- Set DNS servers as you can see on screenshot. Configure static DNS servers to Google Public DNS or OpenVPN DNS servers.
