I made a payment but my service has not been activated yet.
Normally the activation takes max couple of minutes but in some special cases we have to review your account manually so then it can take several hours.
Especially in case you have used Plimus payment option the Plimus staff may put your payment under manual review or request an additional details from regarding to your transaction. They may also call your phone for verification. When making a payment please use real name, address and phone matching to the credit card / paypal account owner, then your payment should be processed automatically without any delay.
